
Our suggestion is a seasonal or regional or even culture-based menu, with two or three offerings in each area: main course proteins, vegetable sides, starch sides, etc. (The buffet menu will of course be influenced by what has proceeded it, passed hors d’oeuvres, etc.).
In this section we offer Sample Menus for reference (rather than a list of menu options) for you to get a sense of how we suggest a buffet be handled. This is just a starting point for a dialogue between you and our chef in planning your menu. Most of the selections from the Basic Menu Options are adaptable for buffet service.
