We’re artists who love food and know how to cook. We use local, seasonal bounty as our palette. Our food isn’t precious or overly complicated (please, no coconut crusted shrimp on sugarcane skewers or Chinese spoons filled with something).

We tip our chef’s hat to the Italian approach of letting quality ingredients shine. But underlying it all is a deep respect for classic French technique and combinations that make sense.
